Romans, Update 1

... in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.  Amen.  Through the prayers of our holy Fathers, Lord Jesus Christ our God, have mercy on us and save us.  Amen.  Glory to You, our God, Glory to You.

O Heavenly King, the Comforter, the Spirit of truth, You are everywhere and fill all things, Treasury of blessings, and Giver of life: come and abide in us, and cleanse us from every impurity, and save our souls, O Good One.

Holy God, Holy Mighty, Holy Immortal, have mercy on us (three times).

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost, as it is now, was in the beginning, and ever shall be, world without end.  Amen.

Update 1

The attempt to publish the Greek text (5 pages) with notes (40 more pages) was a colossal failure to say the least.  At last we were able to put something up in two separate posts, but this was less than satisfactory.  Now there is no single source for text and notes.  Moreover, all the notes in the second post are renumbered, so connections between the first post (verses 1-17) and the second post (verses 18-32) must be made by hand.  Also, there is no single location for posting corrections and additions which is a bother.

If you, the reader have a fix for this, I’d sure like to hear it.  In the meanwhile, this is intended to be a free study tool for you.  I gave it my best shot.  Tomorrow may uncover better, newer methods.  Your help, patience, and especially prayers are greatly appreciated.

I have yet to attempt a copy and paste from the blog, back into a word processor to see what survives, but you are certainly welcome to do so.  That is the point of the whole blog, so that you and I can compare meditations and notes, helping each other grow in grace.

Yours,

Augie-Herb
